Shipping policy

We deliver within the UK only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays) and usually arrive in 2–4 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free delivery may apply for orders over a certain amount.

All food products are pre-packed, sealed, and carefully handled. Please check items immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or damaged goods.
